Global Supply Chain Director

Overview

In this role, you will lead the global, end-to-end supply chain and operations across Europe and North America to drive scalable, efficient, and resilient processes. You will work within the Global Leadership Team to shape strategic supply chain and manufacturing initiatives that support growth, innovation and customer success. You will partner with commercial, R&D and functions to scale new products and technologies, delivering improvements in safety, quality, service and cost. This is a globally impactful role at the intersection of sustainability, operations and growth with a strong leadership focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain, manufacturing and operations across multiple international locations.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, service, cost and operational performance.
• Strengthen planning, procurement, inventory and logistics capabilities to improve customer delivery and business resilience.
• Lead strategic operational projects, including continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with commercial, R&D and functional leaders to successfully scale new products and technologies.
• Develop high-performing teams and build leadership capability across the global operations function.

Key requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in supply chain, operations or manufacturing within a global, multi-site environment.
• Proven success leading operational transformation, business improvement and organisational change programmes.
• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to balance customer, operational and financial priorities.
• Experience leading diverse international teams and influencing across complex stakeholder groups.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as supply chain, engineering, manufacturing or science.
