Group Head of Supply Chain

Overview

As Head of Supply Chain you will oversee the group’s end-to-end supply chain to drive efficiency across demand planning, procurement, import, inventory and warehousing. You will join the senior leadership team and provide strategic direction to stock and material disciplines, enabling the business to scale during rapid expansion. This role focuses on international supply chain leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth in a world-leading safety systems company. A strong impact comes from shaping supply chain strategy and guiding teams through transformative initiatives.

• Oversee the entire group supply chain
• Manage demand planning, procurement and warehousing

Key requirements

• Proven track record in international supply chain management
• Experience developing and managing teams
• Expertise with supply chain data
• Strong experience with BC365, SQL, PowerBI
• Lives locally to Dartford area
