Quality Engineer – Subsea QMS & Continuous Improvement

Belcan is seeking two experienced Quality Professionals for an office-based role in Ulverston, Cumbria. You will support QMS implementation and drive quality improvements across engineering, manufacturing, and projects in a highly regulated environment.

You will analyse quality performance, manage risks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA, root-cause analysis, and process mapping, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality into the business.
