Responsibilities
- Lead detailed forensic analysis of financial losses across claims
- Supervise junior staff, allocate work by capability, and ensure timely delivery
- Review and refine reports for senior stakeholders to ensure clarity and evidential strength
- Attend client meetings and contribute to business development and revenue growth
- Maintain technical quality and adherence to deadlines; balance challenging assignments with development
- Support claims handling and expert analysis in contentious matters and disputes
Key requirements
- Professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
- Analytical expertise to interrogate multifaceted claims and model financial losses
- Forensic accounting and business interruption adjustment experience
- Power and energy sector knowledge preferred; strong commercial discernment
- Regulatory awareness, including FCA frameworks and data protection
- Linguistic versatility and adaptability to travel as needed
