Overview
In this role you will join a specialist forensic and financial claims team to investigate, quantify and report on complex financial losses for major insurance claims. You will work with accountants and legal professionals on high-profile assignments across industries and jurisdictions, handling end-to-end claims from notification to resolution. The role combines accounting rigor with investigative reporting and stakeholder engagement, offering international exposure and meaningful impact. You will contribute to business development and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, intellectually challenging environment.

Responsibilities
- Investigate complex financial loss and insurance claims
- Analyze financial information, records and supporting evidence
- Prepare detailed written reports for insurers and legal teams
- Quantify losses and support settlement negotiations
- Manage claims from initial notification to final resolution
- Liaise with clients, insurers, lawyers and advisers
- Support business development and client relationship management
Key requirements
- ACA qualified (or recently qualified)
- Trained within accounting practice, ideally in Audit
- Up to 2 years’ post-qualified experience
- Strong academic background, ideally from a Russell Group or Red Brick university
- Degree in a non-numerical discipline such as English, History, Law, Geography, Politics or similar essay-based subject
- Outstanding report writing and written communication skills
