SaaS Technical Support Specialist — Hybrid

Aareon is hiring a Technical Support Executive in London. The role focuses on ensuring customers have an excellent experience with Fixflo by troubleshooting issues, improving processes and building strong customer relationships.

You will be the first point of contact for inbound queries, help identify issues before customers notice them, and collaborate with product teams to enhance integrations and knowledge resources. This is a hybrid, full-time position in the UK.
