Corporate Associate (3-4 PQE) – Exeter

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad mix of corporate transactions (M&A, venture capital, private equity, cross-border deals)
• Assist with joint ventures and corporate restructurings
• Collaborate with Partners with City-level experience and contribute to multi-sector development
• Engage with clients to communicate clearly and confidently under pressure
• Support development and progression within a Tier 1 corporate team
• Contribute to responsible business initiatives and inclusive programmes
