Overview

As an Associate Director, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure and energy projects, shaping strategy and delivering high-profile client programmes. You’ll mentor and develop the next generation of project managers while upholding health, safety, and CDM standards. You’ll build trusted client relationships, drive inclusive teamwork, and expand partnerships across the North West. Responsibilities

• Manage multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients across lifecycle projects/programmes
• Set and challenge strategy; lead with strong leadership and performance management
• Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing within your sphere, with practical CDM application
• Anticipate client challenges and develop innovative, client-focused solutions
• Foster inclusive teamwork and a one-business mindset across internal and client teams
• Cultivate client and industry partnerships and long-term trusted relationships

Key requirements

• Significant experience managing multi-discipline teams on infrastructure or energy projects
• Proven track record of delivering and challenging strategies
• Excellent leadership with ability to manage performance and resources
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive solutions
• Practical understanding of CDM and its application across teams
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
