Responsibilities

• Direct projects with safe, compliant, and inclusive environments and champion wellbeing and HSE excellence
• Drive strategic client delivery, governance and long-term relationship growth
• Ensure ethical, financially responsible operations aligned with organisational priorities
• Develop, mentor and empower teams, promoting innovation and best practice
• Manage major project delivery with strong governance and high safety, quality, and sustainability standards
• Build strong client relationships, manage interfaces, and cross-account opportunities
• Optimize resources and performance, drive innovation through C2P, digital and net-zero initiatives
• Shape high-performing teams and influence business strategy while ensuring compliant operations

Key requirements

• Professional membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent
• Extensive project and programme delivery experience in the relevant sector
• Strong commercial, financial and senior-stakeholder management capability
• Deep project management expertise with understanding of carbon and sustainability impacts
