Clinical Lead, Urgent Community Response

Provide CIC in Chelmsford is seeking an enthusiastic Adult Registered Nurse or Paramedic to join the Urgent Community Response Team (UCRT) as a Band 7 clinical lead. You will deliver rapid, patient-centred care in patients’ homes, leading a team to prevent hospital admissions and support safe, effective care in the community.

The role covers 37.5 hours per week with long day shifts (8am-8pm and 10am-10pm) and requires HCPC/NMC registration, senior clinical decision-making, and solid leadership
