Overview

As a Project Manager in our Energy & Natural Resources team, you lead end-to-end PM commissions and support major projects, delivering on time, cost, and quality targets. You work with a cross-functional team and provide strategic input at project inception to align with client objectives. You establish governance, schedules, budgets, and risk plans, while maintaining clear client communication. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice at project inception to align with client objectives
• Define project requirements and success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance)
• Establish governance, processes, and master project plan
• Develop and manage resource plans and procurement
• Lead cross-functional project team and monitor performance via KPIs
• Control change management and project budgets/forecasting
• Manage project communications with client and stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement mitigations
• Interface with client, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project
• Advise on Health & Safety and Environmental risks and plan quality/SHE management
• Oversee internal management duties like resource management and knowledge capture
• Identify process improvements to enhance internal systems
• Prepare formal project progress and management reports

Key requirements

• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
• Working towards MCIOB/APM or similar professional qualification
• Proven experience managing HT&M projects, ideally in a consultancy
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
• BPSS level security clearance or ability to obtain
