Ebilling & Invoicing Specialist – Fast-Track Billing

Charles Taylor Adjusting International is seeking a Junior Ebilling Specialist to support the billing and collections team, ensuring EBilling files are uploaded promptly to client platforms. You will handle invoicing uploads, respond to queries and appeals, and help with workload management to speed up invoicing.

You will maintain data accuracy after case creation, review invoices for errors before uploads, manage Ebilling mailboxes, and build relationships with internal and client teams.
