Senior Director to MD Path — Growth Leader, Flexible Hours

Pertemps Telford is recruiting a Company Senior Director to take over operations from the current owner and drive sustainable growth. The initial appointment will be Acting Managing Director with a view to a permanent Managing Director role within 6–12 months.

You will oversee daily operations, shape long-term strategy, manage budgets, and lead senior teams while building strong external relationships with key customers and suppliers to expand into overseas markets.
