Overview

In this role you will own reporting and dashboards across digital channels to provide clear, commercially useful insights. You’ll partner with Commercial, Marketing and IT to ensure data accuracy and accessibility while shaping scalable, automated analytics for a fast-growing e-commerce business. You will turn dashboard data into actionable guidance for key stakeholders and help identify performance drivers and opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Build, own and maintain standardised dashboards across Sales, Share, Media and Digital Shelf metrics
  • Maintain reporting accuracy via data validation and logic checks
  • Leverage BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and Amazon/marketplace performance tools for self-serve reporting
  • Translate dashboard data into commercially relevant insights for Commercial and Marketing
  • Identify performance drivers, gaps and opportunities across retailers/channels and flag them to relevant teams
  • Produce ad hoc analyses and deep dives for specific commercial questions
  • Act as day-to-day point of contact into Data Engineering/IT and translate reporting needs into clear requirements
  • Support integration of new data sources and identify where automation reduces manual work

Key requirements

  • 3–5 years in data analytics, e-commerce analytics or BI
  • Proficient with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and strong Excel experience
  • Comfortable with SQL or similar to query and shape data
  • Good understanding of e-commerce/marketplace KPIs
  • Ability to work with Data Engineering/IT cross-functionally
