Inclusion & Intervention Lead for Literacy Support

UTC Leeds is seeking a Senior Inclusion Support Worker – Intervention Co-Ordinator to work with the SENCO and teachers to drive inclusive practice for students. The role involves coordinating SEN plans, delivering literacy interventions, and supporting learning for individuals and small groups at Sayner Road, Leeds.

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small-group literacy support under supervision, with training available for phonics and reading comprehension.
