Overview
As Senior Commercial Analytics Manager at Raylo, you lead pricing and unit economics, shaping pricing strategy across customer propositions and partnerships. You’ll drive data-driven decisions to grow the business while supporting sustainable, circular consumption. Collaborating with product, finance, and sales, you turn insights into live pricing, new product pricing, and OEM deal structures. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics to anchor Raylo’s growth trajectory.

Responsibilities
- Own the pricing test programme: design, run, and manage live pricing experiments across Raylo.com and partner checkouts
- Define what to test and sequencing based on value
- Build your own measurement framework and distinguish true lifts from margin shifts
- Collaborate with Product to price ancillary offerings (insurance, damage cover, add-ons) and estimate take-up and margin
- Model the full economic impact with Finance and Risk (attachment rate, churn, residual value)
- Price OEM partnerships: craft subscription propositions, deal structures, and necessary guardrails
- Establish the pricing discipline and framework across categories, integrating residual value and lifetime value into price
- Develop pricing tooling using Claude, dbt, BigQuery, and Lightdash for faster, data-driven decisions
- Work with Senior Leadership and co-founders on pricing performance and next gains
Key requirements
- 5+ years in analytics or data-focused strategy roles
- Excellent academic record from a top university, preferably STEM/quantitative
- Proficient in SQL and Python for pricing insights
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Ability to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking and teamwork
