Neighbourhood Housing Officer: Tenancy & Community Impact

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Localities team in the Solihull area. You will visit customers, promote sustainable tenancies and build strong community relationships while ensuring high service standards.

You will be out in the patch regularly, handling tenancy management, ASB issues and safeguarding concerns, with thorough estate inspections and robust records. DBS checks are required, and a driving licence is essential.
