Deputy Production Manager — Lead Manufacturing Ops

Adecco is seeking an experienced Deputy Production Manager for our Enfield site. The role involves leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are met.

You will work closely with Production, Sales, Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance teams to drive efficiencies and output. A hands-on leadership style and an engineering background are highly desirable.
