Your new company n A highly successful and fast-growing independent advisory firm is looking to appoint a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its expanding team. Your new role n Working closely witha varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and private clients, you will provide high-quality advisory support across a broad range of tax matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

n

• Delivering proactive tax advice to owner-managed businesses, shareholders and private clients.

n

• Managing a range of complex advisory projects including restructuring, succession planning, share schemes and employee incentives.

n

• Advising on inheritance tax planning, trusts and estates matters.

n

• Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries and managing technical risk.

n

• Mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team.

n

• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the firm's tax offering.

n

n

What you'll need to succeed n To be successful in this role you will be CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified and have experience operating in a tax advisory-focused role.

n

You will also demonstrate:

• Strong experience advising owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients.

• Broad exposure across corporate, personal and shareholder tax matters.

n

• Excellent client relationship management skills.

n

• A commercial and solutions-focused approach.

• The ability to support and develop junior team members.
