Senior Lettings Negotiator

Overview

As Senior Lettings Consultant at Scott Fraser (LRG), you drive growth of the lettings register and help maximise branch profitability. You will build strong client rapport and deliver exceptional service, both on the phone and in person, within a target-driven team. Your work includes winning new instructions, coordinating viewings, and negotiating tenancies, contributing to a professional, client-focused branch. Responsibilities

• Grow the property register by winning new instructions
• Register new applicants and identify new business opportunities
• Book and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate and secure tenancies
• Support the Branch Manager where applicable
• Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets
• Represent the company professionally
• Build strong internal and external relationships

Key requirements

• Prior experience as a residential Lettings Consultant
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ability to negotiate
• Tenacity and self-starter drive to succeed
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
• Be responsive to change
• Full UK driving licence
