Lettings Negotiator – 30h/wk, Commission up to £10k

Savills Company is seeking a part-time Lettings Negotiator to support New Lets and Rent Increases for BTR apartments at Sienna House. You will be the first contact for applicants, coordinate viewings, and handle vetting, offers and rent increases with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The role requires organisation, attention to detail and a friendly, proactive attitude to drive occupancy and client satisfaction. On-site duties with regular reporting and marketing updates.
