Senior Psychiatrist – Acute Mental Health UCAT Consultant

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to lead acute and crisis intervention in the Northamptonshire area. You will act as gatekeeper to inpatient care, deliver rapid community-based crisis responses, and coordinate with teams to secure appropriate follow-up care.

The role requires MRCPsych or equivalent, full GMC registration, and Specialist Register/CCT or eligibility within six months.
