Responsibilities

• Help build and develop the Dispute Resolution team alongside the head of Litigation
• Manage B2B dispute matters including debt recovery, litigation, insolvency, and landlord & tenant work
• Operate with high self-management and initiative with minimal supervision
• Support career development within the firm and contribute to a flexible, remote-working culture
• Provide high-quality legal representation and client service in a trusted environment

Key requirements

• 3+ PQE
• Proven track record in debt recovery, litigation, insolvency, and landlord & tenant matters
• Ability to operate with little supervision and without secretarial assistance
• Strong self-management and initiative
