Multi-Skilled Joiner: Housing Repairs & Maintenance

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Multi Skilled Joiner to join the Empty Homes Team, covering Sheffield and surrounding areas. The role is permanent, 40 hours weekly, 8am–7pm Mon-Fri with Saturday mornings on a rota. You will be involved in repairs, basic damp/mould work, and other multi-trade tasks in residents’ homes.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as is a basic DBS check. You may be part of an out-of-hours rota with additional pay.
