Temporary Housing Caretaker – Clean, Safe Housing (Full UK Licence)

Coyles is recruiting an experienced Housing Caretaker for a temporary role in Greater London. 3-month minimum contract with potential extension, working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 16:00pm.

Must have a full UK driving licence and be able to operate as part of a small in-house caretaking team. The role involves cleaning internal and external communal areas of the council housing stock, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring tidy, safe premises.
