Travel Clinical Homecare Nurse – Patient-Centered Care

HealthNet Homecare is seeking a clinically skilled Homecare Nurse to join our team, delivering patient-centred care in patients’ homes across the region. You will work with NHS and pharmaceutical partners to support therapy administration, patient education, and ongoing monitoring.

You must be a registered nurse on the NMC register, comfortable with injections and IV therapies, and able to travel to visit patients.
