Join Gleeds’ Energy team as a Project Controls Consultant, helping deliver major, complex programmes. You will bring a broad project controls skillset to integrate planning, cost, risk, change and reporting to support decision-making. You’ll work with cross-functional project teams, stakeholders, and clients to keep programmes on track and inform governance forums. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for major programmes
• Build robust, logic-linked programmes reflecting scope and milestones
• Monitor progress against baselines and identify variances, risks and opportunities
• Produce planning and controls reports for governance and client reporting
• Support schedule assurance activities including critical path analysis
• Contribute to integrated project controls with cost, risk, change and performance management
• Analyse change impacts on milestones and delivery
• Facilitate planning workshops and progress meetings
• Maintain controls processes, tools and data for timely reporting
• Provide insights on schedule performance and recovery actions
• Prepare dashboards and performance updates for governance forums
• Promote good project controls practice across planning, risk, change, cost and reporting

Key requirements

• Experience in Planning or Project Controls
• Nuclear or Nuclear Decommissioning experience desirable but not essential
• Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC, and Public Contract Regulations 2015 is beneficial
• Strong communication, ambition, drive and energy
• Ideally qualified in Planning, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
• Professional qualifications with RICS/CIOB/CICES/CIPS desirable and supported if not held
