Overview
As Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager, Northern Europe, you lead Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs across seven Northern European markets to ensure regulatory compliance and product quality. You will develop QM and RA strategies and drive continuous improvement in partnership with cross-functional teams. You shape supplier quality, product release, and regulatory registrations while monitoring UK/EU changes and implementing them across the business. You join the Supply Chain Leadership Team to deliver end-to-end solutions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QM and RA strategies across Northern Europe with compliance focus
- Drive continuous improvement and embed global best practices across the business
- Promote awareness of quality and regulatory requirements across the organisation
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) including SOPs, training, and compliance monitoring
- Oversee supplier assessments, audits, quality agreements, and approvals for logistics and value-added service providers
- Manage product release processes, quality documentation, CAPA activities, and on-shelf quality monitoring
- Support the implementation of global quality standards and coordinate annual quality-focused initiatives
- Provide regulatory leadership across cosmetics, medical devices, and medicines in the region
- Ensure compliance of products, promotional materials, packaging artwork, and advertising claims
- Manage product registrations and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities
- Monitor and interpret UK and EU regulatory changes, leading implementation across Supply Chain and wider business functions
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three SMEs, fostering engagement and high performance
- Drive succession planning, knowledge sharing, process automation, and operational efficiencies
- Contribute to the development and delivery of Supply Chain strategy as part of Leadership Team
- Collaborate with regional and global QM & RA colleagues to share best practice and ensure alignment
- Champion cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end thinking to deliver effective business solutions
