FIS Integrity -Treasury and Risk Management System Support Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support and stabilize the FIS Integrity Treasury and Risk Management system, working within a global rollout. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, analyze system needs, and guide users through adoption and go-lives. You’ll drive process improvements to optimize treasury workflows and integrations with third-party platforms. This position offers hybrid work in London and a chance to shape a critical banking technology project. You’ll be at the forefront of implementing a key risk management system for clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for FIS Integrity, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
• Resolve technical queries and perform system analysis
• Guide users and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
• Lead requirements analysis and translate treasury processes into system designs
• Facilitate client workshops and training; support go-lives and post-implementation adoption
• Build and support integrations with SAP, Bloomberg, Reuters, FXALL, 360T, etc.
• Configure payment processes (e.g., SWIFT)
• Develop and execute test plans and UAT; perform manual financial validations
• Design custom data sources and reports to meet regulatory and operational needs
• Leverage ATS training (desirable)

Key requirements

• 1–4 years’ experience with or supporting FIS Integrity (Treasury and Risk Management)
• 1st–3rd level implementation and support experience
• Experience with FIS Quantum is a plus
• Programming/DB knowledge in Python, C#, .NET, C++, and SQL Server (useful)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
