Overview
As a Senior Manager for Third-Party Risk Management, you will shape and operate Entain’s TPRM framework across the group. You’ll work with risk SMEs, Procurement, and business owners to embed proportionate TPRM processes and maintain regulatory alignment. The role is hands-on, coordinating rollout, BAU activities, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure risk practices scale across regions. You will drive risk awareness and create clear ownership while delivering efficient, compliant vendor risk workflows.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the ongoing development and operation of a group-wide TPRM framework with risk SMEs and stakeholders
- Drive phased rollout and operationalisation of the TPRM framework across units and regions
- Manage day-to-day TPRM activity and ensure clear roles, handoffs, and effective ways of working across Procurement, SMEs, and business owners
- Act as primary contact for internal stakeholders on third-party risk, educating and aligning risk processes with suppliers and business units
Key requirements
- 10 years’ experience in risk management within a large multinational, publicly held company
- Subject matter expert in TPRM frameworks and global system implementations
- Proven track record launching and scaling procurement risk programs in multinational or regulated sectors
- Experience introducing risk automation, dashboarding, and workflow digitalization for vendor management
- Proficiency in cross-functional program management across procurement, tax, finance, ethics, and legal
- Strong analytical, enterprise mindset, and ability to report on risk processes and outcomes
