Senior In-House Property Valuer

Somo is seeking an In-House Property Valuer to join its underwriting team in Altrincham, office-based across England and Wales. You will provide independent property analysis, review AVMs, land registry data and valuation reports, and challenge assumptions to support lending decisions.

UK residential and commercial property knowledge is essential. You’ll work closely with Underwriters to assess risk, research market conditions, and ensure valuations align with lending policy.
