Responsibilities
- source and evaluate profitable development sites
- lead development projects from planning through to sale
- conduct due diligence during legal and technical processes
- manage site acquisition and JV/partner opportunities
- drive delivery against objectives in a fast-paced environment
- coordinate planning, design, and construction activities
- assess financial viability and risk exposure
- maintain stakeholder relationships with lenders, partners, and authorities
Key requirements
- 5+ years post-chartered qualification experience
- background with property company, residential/mixed-use developer or house builder
- proven track record of delivering development projects on time and to plan
