Senior Projects Scheduler & Coordinator

Newman Personnel is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Coordinator in the Bishop’s Stortford area to manage maintenance and project work for commercial clients from initial request through to completion and sign-off. You will oversee scheduling of engineers and contractors, ensure site access is arranged, and maintain strong client communication.

The role requires coordinating multiple priorities, logging requests, preparing quotations, and tracking progress in CRM systems.
