Guest Services Front Desk Concierge

UK Mission Enterprise is seeking a proactive receptionist to warmly welcome clients and staff, manage calls, and coordinate mail and deliveries. You will ensure security protocols are followed, issue passes, and maintain the visitor book.

The role requires proven receptionist experience, familiarity with switchboard operations, and competence in Microsoft Office and general office machinery. Flexibility to cover at other locations is expected.
