Overview

In this role, you support premium clients in executing high-stakes M&A projects using Ideals’ data room platform. You act as the operational partner across onboarding, project launches, migrations, and ongoing delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution. You’ll leverage AI-assisted tools to identify risks and guide best-practice setup and governance. This position sits at the center of a fast-moving SaaS environment, offering exposure to top investment banking deals and a direct impact on client success.

Responsibilities

  • Enable strategic clients to complete projects through high-touch execution and product guidance
  • Build trusted relationships with deal execution teams and other stakeholders
  • Guide clients during onboarding, launches, migrations, and critical project phases
  • Run regular check-ins to surface early warning signs
  • Use AI-assisted and conventional tools to identify risks before they surface
  • Advise on best-practice setup, permissions, workflows, governance, and user management
  • Investigate issues to identify root causes and propose practical workarounds
  • Perform data room operations (invitations, permissions, redaction, migrations, Q&A) directly or via Professional Services
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Customer Support, Legal, Security, Professional Services, and Operations teams
  • Document client requests, actions, decisions, escalations, and follow-ups
  • Share recurring issue patterns and best practices with relevant teams
  • Contribute to retention and expansion by improving client experience and product adoption

Key requirements

  • 2+ years in Solutions Manager, Account Manager, Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Customer Support in B2B settings
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments (hours, not weeks)
  • Clear, confident communicator capable of explaining complex topics in writing and live conversations
  • Client-driven mindset with high emotional intelligence and sound judgment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on root causes
  • Highly organized, proactive, capable of juggling multiple priorities
  • Native English proficiency; additional business languages a plus
