Customer Experience Advisor – Edinburgh Branch

Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor for the Edinburgh Work Cafe branch, 35 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling banking requests, offering help with technology, and resolving issues with care and efficiency.
