Job Description
Are you looking for a full‑time, permanent Bus Driver role where you’re treated as an individual, not just a number? In a bus company with a modern fleet? Paid breaks? Free on‑site parking? Where set rolling rotas offer guaranteed hours and predictability? A 4-day working week (currently no Sundays and Bank Holidays)?
Compass Travel is an independent bus operator with a friendly, down‑to‑earth team who recognise good work and have a genuine open‑door policy. We’re smaller than many of the big operators which means our drivers get to know the people they work with.
Whether you’re an experienced bus/coach driver looking for a change or you’re newer to the industry and looking to build your experience, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Need:
- Valid Category D driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC card
