Quantity Surveyor – Sub Contract Package – Surrey

Overview

As Sub Contract Package Quantity Surveyor, you will manage sub-contract packages for residential, education, and regeneration projects in Surrey and surrounding areas. You will work within a contractor-focused team to ensure commercial targets are met across brickwork and mechanical trades. You will contribute to cost control, procurement, and valuation to support project delivery. This role offers salary up to 50,000 plus a package and clear career progression within a growing contractor.

Responsibilities

• Manage sub-contract packages, including brickwork and mechanical trades
• Support cost control, procurement, and financial reporting for projects
• Contribute to valuations and final accounts for residential, commercial and education schemes
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure timely delivery within budget
• Work on projects in Surrey, South and South West London
• Assist in commercial risk management and change control

Key requirements

• Experience with sub-contract packages including brickwork and mechanical trades
• Experience with UK residential developer or main contractor on permanent or long-term contract
• Projects up to 30m+ in residential, commercial, and/or education sectors
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• RICS/CIOB membership desirable but not essential
