Overview
In this role you will support a top City firm on international aircraft finance matters. You will handle complex financing structures for airlines, lessors and lenders, across cross-border transactions. You will work on multi-billion dollar aircraft orders and lease financings, including tax-structured and guarantee-backed deals. You will contribute to disputes, enforcement and workout situations, delivering high-profile international work.

Responsibilities
- advise on aviation finance transactions across multiple structures
- act for airlines, lessors, lenders, financial institutions and investors
- handle international matters including large- scale orders and lease financings
- work on tax-structured financings, insurance-backed financings, and pre-delivery payment financings
- advise on disputes, enforcement and workout scenarios
Key requirements
- 3+ years PQE in aviation/aircraft finance
