Private Client Lawyer – Gloucester

Overview

In this role you will join a small, established private client practice in the Cotswolds (Moreton in Marsh) to manage a varied caseload across Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Tax & Estates, and Trusts. You will work with minimal supervision and engage directly with clients, leveraging strong technical expertise and excellent communication. This is an opportunity to contribute to a community-focused firm and deliver high-quality private client services. You will hit the ground running in a supportive, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Tax & Estates, and Trusts matters
• Provide client-facing service with strong communication
• Work with minimal supervision and hit the ground running
• Support the firm’s private client offering in the Moreton in Marsh office

Key requirements

• 3–5 years PQE in private client law
• strong technical experience in Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Tax & Estates, Trusts
• confident, client-facing and able to meet clients with exceptional communication skills
