Overview

As a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) you will develop and share legal knowledge within the national corporate team, supporting growth and consistency of client service. You will run training and development initiatives, keep the team updated on legislative and regulatory changes, and identify opportunities to improve processes and best practices. In this role you contribute to the firm’s reputation and client offering while collaborating in a forward-thinking, supportive environment. This is a high-impact position for someone who combines corporate expertise with a passion for knowledge management and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and share legal knowledge across the corporate team

• Support ongoing development of the team and raise quality and consistency of services
• Contribute to the firm’s reputation and client offering in the corporate sector

Key requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent
• Strong background in corporate law
• Experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, or corporate restructuring (advantageous)
• Proactive and commercially minded with interest in knowledge management, innovation and technology
