Responsibilities

• lead high‑level corporate matters including start-ups, joint ventures, M&A, private equity buyouts, capital markets and banking work
• demonstrate a track record of high‑quality work for HNW clients
• contribute to business development and client relationship building
• work with senior colleagues to drive growth and maintain top-tier client service

Key requirements

• 6+ years’ PQE or proven track record of high‑quality work for HNW clients
• senior solicitor with a following or ability to attract clients
• strong eye for detail and sharp analytical skills
• willingness to engage in business development and client leadership
