Property Litigation Solicitor (3-6 PQE)

Overview

In this role you will join a respected boutique firm’s property disputes team to handle high-value, contentious property matters. You will work on a range of disputes affecting landowners, occupiers, developers and professional clients, with close collaboration to senior practitioners. The position offers exposure to complex cases and opportunities for professional development within a niche practice. You will contribute to delivering quality advisory and litigation services across a broad property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload across adverse possession, boundary and neighbour disputes, covenants enforcement, easements, proprietary estoppel, co-ownership and TOLATA matters
• Manage development-related disputes, possession proceedings, telecoms and statutory rights, mortgage disputes, and professional negligence claims arising from property issues
• Provide technical analysis and strategic input on contentious property matters and case progression
• Collaborate with senior practitioners to ensure high-quality, client-focused outcomes
• Maintain clear, confident communication with clients and stakeholders while balancing supervision requirements

Key requirements

• 3-6 years PQE with solid experience in property litigation or real estate disputes
• Strong technical understanding of contentious property matters
• Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
