Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse – Autonomy in Community Care

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join the North West Leicestershire Neighbourhood Team as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse. The role involves visiting people in their homes and clinics, delivering assessments, treatment plans and risk management within a multidisciplinary team.

You will manage your own caseload autonomously, supervise junior staff, and participate in monthly clinical supervision.
