Are you a Transport Coordinator or an experienced Transport Planner looking for more autonomy? If you’re seeking a role that offers a great work/life balance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Transport Planner, you’ll be responsible for planning articulated vehicles to conduct collections and deliveries across either Ireland or Great Britain.
If you thrive in a busy transport office and have a solid understanding of EU Tachograph Regulations and WTD, this is your chance to join a growing logistics business that values employee satisfaction and offers a stable, fulfilling work schedule.
The Role
- Plan daily work schedule and routing for drivers
- Accommodate additional customer orders efficiently on a daily basis
- Manage Driver & Vehicle scheduling
- Ensure activities within operations are carried out with the highest regard and in accordance with legal, environmental and company policies
- Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
You will need:
- Transport Planning Experience
- Strong knowledge of EU Tachograph Laws & WTD
- Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers, drivers and third parties.
- Excellent communicator and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Good geographical knowledge of UK or Ireland
