Engineering Director – London Site Lead and Scale Architect

London-based Eucalyptus invites a Senior Engineering Director to consolidate two orgs into one high-performing hub. You’ll lead 35–50 engineers, report to the CTO in Sydney, and partner with UK executives to translate commercial goals into engineering outcomes.

You’ll shape platform strategy across React/React Native, TypeScript, Go microservices, GraphQL, Kubernetes and GCP, while growing the London site and mentoring managers.
