The firm prides itself on excellent client care, long-standing relationships, and investing in the continued growth and development of its people.nnConveyancing Solicitor — Position Overview:nn You will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently, handling matters from instruction through to completion while delivering a high standard of service to clients.nnKey Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Solicitor:
nn • Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independentlynn • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesnn • Deal with lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgagesnn • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitorsnn • Ensure files are managed efficiently with strong attention to detailnn • Maintain excellent client communication throughout transactionsnnRequirements of the Conveyancing Solicitor:
