Senior Care Lead — Night Shifts, Elderly & Dementia Care

Sterling Cross is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join a purpose-built elderly care home in Tarporley, Cheshire. This role focuses on leading and supporting a team of Care Assistants, ensuring high standards of person-centred care during night shifts.
