Head of Technical – North London

In this Head of Technical role, you lead technical guidance for ambitious, large-scale residential regeneration projects in London. You will support high-rise new build schemes, ensuring design and construction quality while upholding regulations and safety standards. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive on-time, on-budget delivery and strengthen client relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor teams on new build high-rise residential schemes
• Provide guidance and support on design, engineering and construction processes
• Apply building regulations knowledge throughout project delivery
• Ensure NHBC, planning, and CDM safety compliance
• Maintain health and safety standards on site
• Support delivery to time and budget targets
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in architecture, engineering or construction management
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of design, engineering construction, building regulations and NHBC
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety / CDM Regulations
• Up-to-date CSCS and SMSTS certification
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
