Head of Apprenticeships Delivery

iO-Sphere is seeking a portfolio lead to own the apprenticeship delivery, starting at one day a week with room to grow. You will manage the coaching team, oversee cohorts, and ensure progression and EPA readiness, acting as the senior point of contact for delivery questions.

You’ll work with our Head of Quality to align delivery with quality standards, and you’ll shape the operating rhythm as the portfolio expands through 2027. London-based or UK-wide remote work with occasional in-person time.
